We’ll confirm whether your chosen date and time are available, answer any questions and recommend the perfect package if you’re unsure.

3. Secure Your Booking

Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll send over your booking confirmation, Terms & Conditions and payment details.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

4. Time to Celebrate!

To secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance is due before your event.

Travel

We proudly cover the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

First 15 miles are included.

After this, travel is charged at £1 per mile.

We’ll always confirm any travel charge before you book.

Photography

We love capturing magical memories!

During booking we’ll ask whether you would like to opt in or out of photography.

Your choice will always be respected.

Can parents leave the party?

No. A responsible adult must remain at the venue throughout the entertainment.

What ages are your parties suitable for?

We have entertainment suitable for toddlers through to older children, with packages designed for different age groups.

Do you travel outside the West Midlands?

Yes! Subject to availability. Travel charges may apply.

What happens if my numbers change?

Please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes where we can.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully DBS checked and hold Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.
